SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS

At Great Full Giving, we want to ensure that you receive your gift baskets in a timely and cost-effective manner. To achieve this, we offer the following shipping options:

Flat Rate Shipping: All gift baskets are shipped at a flat rate of $15 per gift. This flat rate applies to deliveries within Australia.

Shipping Carriers: We use reputable shipping carriers, including Australia Post and other established courier services, to deliver your gift baskets.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES AND DELIVERIES

We understand the importance of timely delivery. Therefore, we strive to process and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible:

Order Cut-off Time: Gifts ordered before 11 am (local time - AWST) Monday - Friday will be processed and dispatched on the same business day.

Orders After 11 am: Gifts ordered after 11 am (local time - AWST) Monday - Friday will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Gifts ordered over the weekend will be posted on the first Business Day after the weekend.

If there is a public holiday, gifts will be sent on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery times for your gift baskets may vary depending on your location. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

Metropolitan Areas: 2-5 business days

Regional Areas: 5-10 business days

Remote Areas: 10-14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as the courier's schedule, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPMENT ORIGIN

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in Two Rocks, Perth.

ORDER TRACKING
​
You will receive a tracking number via email or text via Australia Post if you have provided the correct information once your gift basket is shipped. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you ordered a gift that includes Alcohol, please ensure the person accepting the order is over the age of 18.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently only offer shipping within Australia. We do not ship internationally.
