  • You may be eligible for a refund if the gift basket you received is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.

2. How to Request a Refund:

    • Your order number

    • A detailed description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

3. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your refund request and assess the situation, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • We do not accept returns for gift baskets that are in perfect condition, but you've simply changed your mind.

 

2. How to Request a Return:

  • To request a return, please contact our customer support team at info@greatfullgiving.c with the following information:

    • Your order number

    • A detailed description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

 

3. Return Process:

  • Once we receive your return request and assess the situation, we will provide you with instructions on returning the product.

  • After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to determine if it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • If your return is approved, we will send you a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

 

Important Notes

  • In the case of a refund or return, the shipping cost of returning the item may be covered by Great Full Giving if the item is found to be damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • Please ensure that gift baskets are returned in their original packaging, if possible, to facilitate the return process.

  • If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it. Instead, refuse the delivery, and the package will be returned to us.

We reserve the right to make changes to our refund and return policy as needed. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be modified accordingly.
